My appointment was great, really liked the female tech who did my eye tests etc. Very helpful & explained things I hadn’t encountered before. Then came a delay with a back up in the inner waiting room. Once I saw the Dr. , he asked questions & answered mine. Very polite. But it just seems a bit rushed. And I understand new office & new assistant etc, but no time for pleasantries. The eye glass area was really nice. I always go to the lady who’s been there before the move. Very helpful with knowing about insurances etc. So nice!! I definitely enjoy my annual visit & will come back for new glasses.

I liked that I was able to just walk in and try on frames without needing an appointment. Cassie was very honest in helping me understand why certain frames were better for my particular needs, and gave me insightful answers to my questions. I purchased my new optical wear using my vision insurance to reduce the overall cost; my only concern is that I was not told how much I actually saved, but I also failed to ask for that information.

I went to the new building yesterday for my annual eye exam. I have been going to Cascadia Eye in Coupeville for several years now and highly recommend them. Dr. Golez and team are excellent, always available to answer your questions without feeling rushed. Mary is great, adjusts my glasses when needed. I highly recommend!

As you age, it's critical that you keep ahead of any vision issues you may face. I depend on Cascadia Eye to "remind" me when it's time for my yearly checkup. Yesterday was "my" day and I came out with no concerns and a "see you next year". Excellent staff.
